Garrick founded South Placer Wealth Management Group (SPWMG) in 2005 to help individuals and small business owners make the most of their hard-earned assets in retirement.

Garrick holds a bachelor’s degree in business management, as well as an Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS®) designation for financial planning. He has passed the Series 7, 63 and 66 securities exams and has a California insurance license (CA insurance license #0E85138). He also is a California notary public.

Garrick is heavily involved in the estate planning and tax side of the business. SPWMG has received numerous awards, including Best of the Best in the Loomis Basin area in 2009 and 2010, as well as multiple year winner of Sac Mags 5-Star Wealth Advisors List.

Away from work, Garrick enjoys fishing, camping, traveling, gardening and spending as much time as possible with his family of five. He is an avid Oakland A’s, Sacramento Kings and Dallas Cowboys fan.
